Tempranillo Menguante from Vinedos Y Bodegas Pablo has a ruby-red color. The nose opens with pleasant notes of red fruit and blackcurrant, enriched with elegant spicy notes. On the palate it is rich and fruity, with soft.
Menguante means “decreasing moon” because in biodynamic viticulture barrels are placed at night, when the moon disappears for fear that the gravitational force of the fuller moon will attract sediment from the bottom of the barrel. Wine that for 3 months maturing in oak barrels will be the perfect company for grilled meat or meat sauces.

Menguante Blanca has a pale yellow color. Fruity aroma of green apple, lime peel, mango with clear mineral and herbal notes. A full-bodied fruity and herbal wine with a slightly spicy finish.

Menguante Garnacha Rose has a pale pink color. The aroma of juicy cherry fruit with floral notes and a bit of minerality. Intense fruit flavor with a delicate sweetness in the background.

CONZIETO Ballaro- Tempranillo-Syrah-Moristel-Cherry red with dark brown hues. Intense, fruity aroma, reminiscent of ripe dried plums, raisins. After oxygenating the wine, complexity appears, the wine opens and fresher fruits appear, tree fruits. In the mouth it enters smoothly, with an easy mid palate and balanced acidity, something doomed that makes it more friendly, with a long finish and a pleasant memory.
